The US has no need to counter Pakistan, but they don't have to help Pakistan either

US has always engineered trouble for Pakistan. List is long.
However Pakistan has always helped US,..... against USSR, against AQ, bearing all the fall out, free transit of military machine through Pakistan, transit of fuel through Pakistan, helping arrange talks with real Afghans. Those in ANA are fake Afghans imported from Iran, paid by US.
Only help US can do is to leave Afghanistan, from their on things would start to improve gradually.
