Incident took place on May 20, 2015, When a bomb detonated in the city of yemen as you can see in the image . when analyzed by nuclear weapons experts is, by very high probability, a neutron bomb that could only have been an Israeli attack.
Just watch the video, the scintillating pixels are caused by particles from the nuclear explosion hitting the camera’s sensor, there can be no other explanation; note the white hot ball of plasma seen briefly before the huge detonation

I highly doubt that. Israel & the Arabs are at each other's throat. Not possiable for military co-op. The question remains why would Israel attack Yemen?

Israeli cooperation with the Arabs are not likely too happen for sure, but why would Israel attack Yemen?
Israel would not attack Yemen itself (aka Yemen's back Saudi forces) but they would strike the Houthis who are backed by the Iranians. they done in it Syria and Sudan where Iranian weapons were being smuggled to get into Gaza
