There isn't many countries especially directly involved in wars, compared to the tremendous number of countries - above 180.
However, some really create favorable conditions for wars, with their behavior, their political strategy, or sometimes even incidentally - yes, it's a shame that happens, but I am convinced that happens.
So my question is: what are the countries making favorable conditions for wars, and for which wars? Also, what things prevent these wars to happen? Who prevent these wars to happen and why? What interests come into play.
I know this is a complex thread but I hope it will be interesting and yield unexpected results.
