Secondly, Monitoring that you are being tracked and devising a plan to avoid that. Camouflage in related or un-related colours, markings/insignias of a foreign AF on tail and wings along with bogus numbers etc

Pakistan's air and aerial routes are actively tracked by a few countries. Next are the satellite images taken in real time especially of PAF AFBs. These are monsoon months, not much of foggy element in early mornings or late nights like dec or jan. Night flights do help.
