I'm tired of all the hissing and farting so stopped writing serious posts on another forum. This place is much more comfortable and safe. I was one of the earliest people to believe Khafee back in the day. I think we are finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

I don't think so as J 15 are ment basically for maritime role specially with regards to CEPC/gawadar, and might have been procured on the insistence of China rather than Pakistan, as PAF was more than happy and confidant with mirage 5 / JF 17 combo.
But with the ever expanding footprint of cpec and wt it entails is an exponential increase in the no. Of our enemies including our so called yalla friends.
It called for a long range strike a.c. and J 15 is the best China had to offer at the moment.
J 10P in other things could be a show of the middle finger to the u.s and telling it in no uncertain terms that Pakistan is no more a hostage to the u.s shenanigans. CE version is more than a match for the Rafael.

Like I said it before and I will say it again, lines now are clearly drawn and all sides are preparing for WAR which is around the corner.
My advice to all members and my country men is to prepare for it too as eventually it will be a total war.

This bodes well for the future of this forum. A place where people can discuss without being censored directly or by hidden means (like getting a few sock accounts to attack and insult a poster, while the mods watch the fun).

I am really glad @Khafee started this forum, its a breath of fresh air. Just a reminder, he has pointed to three types of J-15s coming:

1. Single seater
2. Twin seater
3. Growler

As every other member on this forum, i wanted my Armed Forces to be strong and equipment wise capable. I haven't been on that forum today so don't know what is happening there other than reading what other members are sharing on this forum but the problem on that forum is they (except some members) don't want to discuss anything. A layman like me who has no insider source or much of technical knowledge cannot share anything without being bulldozed let alone having wishes.

Khafee put it as three variants so perhaps there will be a few two seaters either for special strike missions and / or for training.

Fantastic post. This is because we can not see Pakistan being under pressure with India in any domain... If we did not do quick readjustment to our capabilities right after 27/2, it could have some serious implications...Indians would not sit until they take chance to reclaim their AF superiority over PAF.

Pakistan was heavily relying on Block3..and when it got into delay pool, our friend rushed in and offered what could be the best option available in terms of capability as well as finances.

Also some posted J15+J10 combo is the answer to Rafales...i respectfully disagree ...J15 will only be for CPEC coverage ...to ensure smooth waters while Chinese cargo lines flowing.
