After Eid, Chances are that the ceremony will be held on 14th August. Some people are saying that we will see JF-17 Block-III also in August, if true, then that ceremony will be huge for our neighbors

Indian Rafale ceremony will be held in mid August so if we want to give them a surprise than we might do our ceremony a day or two earlier.

On August 14, PM and President are usually engaged in other activities as well through out Islamabad so I doubt Aug 14 will be the day since he has to fly all the way to Karachi for this to attend but you never know.

I think this is why PAF is sitting quiet, when they announce after the induction of the Rafales, the new procurements can be sugar coated to sound like a dire necessity.
