PAF has operated A5's for a long time, they still operate Mirages in dedicated roles, that's why we have dedicated MR squadrons so i beg to differ

The answer is yes and the answer is NO---.

It depends upon the type & size of the enemy that you have.

Multirole aircraft are like a honda civic or a toyota corolla. it is a utility vehicle---.

Specialty role vehicle like a true off road vehicle are a sort of a luxury item or a tactical item---.

A Corolla or a civic won't be able to do that job.

you are right KSA gave us dollars but we were supposed to return them last year, which we failed to do so and asked for a extension. Secondly we were paying 3.5% interest on it, China gave us a better rate of approx 1.5% so it made perfect sense to return the funds back to Saudia.
