But my question do really see in actual that number of 100 PAF getting and china decreasing there existing stock (as plane is got of production long ago)

In short @Mastankhan is right. A good defense is an offense. Fight the enemy on their land not on your own. Just like Pakistans policy during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.

I don't know why old uncle is marketing Jh 7 but one thing: They have low-bypass engines.
J-15 can't compete there with Jh-7 in low flights. Every machine has specific purpose. If Pakistanis want to hit from Indian ocean, Jh is the machine built for that purpose.

Only as a last resort. Attrition rates holding ground without any strategic depth are usually unbearable.

Offensives can be used as defense mechanisms. To ensure a fair fight, we need them to spread out, get distracted and thin their strike forces.
Attacking at various unexpected points forces them to do just that.
