I think this urge to immigrate is not due to Taliban take over, rather it exist all the time, only difference today airport security has collapsed and Hazara people know that no one stopping them to hide in aircraft leaving for US.

Keep in mind, ultimately PAF's 18 Blk52+ are also in line for upgrade to Blk72.
