It would be different in two years as the President decided to stop all the cuts on the armed forces and decided to increase the ground forces size by 11.000 soldiers over two years and also increase the size of the reserve by 12.000 over two years. (2016-2017.)
It has also been announced that the Gendarmerie size would be increased by 5.000 over two years.
The size of the army could be further increased in the future as a new white paper is coming before the summer!!

So in 2017,we would have something like ;
-
~215.000 + 11.000 = 226.000 = Active forces.
~98.000 + 5.000 = 103.000 = Gendarmerie.
~28.000 + 12.000 = 40.000 = Reserve force.

Total of the armed forces would be = ~369.000

And i'm not even including the reservists of the Gendarmerie which equals to about ~40.000.
So in case of full scale war we can mobilize up to ~409.000.

This number might again be increased but we have to wait the next white paper.
We are still far from what he had during the cold war,but its a good start.
