There is a massive explosion of the defense industry's research and development arena heralding the development of an incredible array of weaponry. I view this to be an opportunity for the civilian applications of these advanced military technologies to solve a wide array of engineering challenges in agriculture, avionics and medicine. There is already a precedent in the development of the Concord whose technology was derived from the fighter bombers. All terrain civilian vehicles can be manufactured for inaccessible areas to open them economically before roads are constructed.
