Vought A-7
was one of the worst looking Aircraft in history

Most interesting things is that more 1200 planes were build and cosumed but without much notice at that time, almost out of aviation history due to its strange ugly look compared to its capability

Pakistan was offered this plane before Zia managed to get F16s. I always hated the looks of this plane .

Thanks bro for corrections, are thay from same family F7 was fighter and F8 is bamber variant?
Both built by Voight. F-8 came first. It was a supersonic Fighter. It was the last plane with cannon as its primary armament. Hence called "The Last Gunslinger". Was primary fleet defence fighter before F-4 Phantoms.
A-7 actually came afterwards and was developed as a medium/heavy fighter bomber to compliment A-6 intruders.
