There used to be a place in Sadar called Nimko (?) . They had this amazing dish which was basically small pieces of pakora like thing mixed with sweet yogurt . I used to call it dahi phulki (?). I have tried to look for it here and even asked some of my patients who are from Karachi but no one seems to know what I am talking about. Do you guys know what this dish is called ?

She checked it on some Chef Rida Aftab show, When I was a kid She once made it, I loved the dish due to sweet yoghurt so Now it is a common dish in my hone

I mean the funny thing is that we are not really all Punjabi. I should say heavily mixed background. Anyways I guess we needed an excuse to move so thanks to our local MQM thug we are here in Canada and happy.

My uncle brought Biryani from Student Biryani and discovered one of those big read moustaches cockroaches . He was furious and went back with his friends to fight. While screaming and cursing about what he found the guy behind him politely asked him to step aside as he is in hurry to order ......

I remember nursery bund kabob place and the milk shake place.

there was also one really good milk shake place outside Gulistan Girl’s-secondary school but we were not allowed to come out of our school van. Our school principle used to walk around with his mighty stick and hit any boy even looking at the female students. Only got to try it once or twice but it was amazing.

Unhi ka to taste aata hai. Crunchy crunchy. Baghair roach biryani to ghar pe bhi miltee hai.

Aaj kal gannay ke juice ka bhi koi taste nae. Makhiya bhaga dete hai saale.
