hmm I can't remember where I read it or how reliable this info is...
...but what it said is that Chinese are only willing to do a partial ToT of Z10 at best(I assume it may require larger numbers too...in small numbers might just be off the shelf).

This is why T129 was to be acquired bcuz of the ToT option. Since China already spent the money in R&D of Z10...it obviously doesn't make financial sense to give away that tech to a country who didn't participate in that cost. In comparison the Turks are just foraying into attack helicopters...and Pak can be a partner. Hence why I'm strongly in support of Pak biding its time and waiting for T129...so that in the long run Pak can have an indigenous attack helicopter. In any case...I'm sure PA knows what its doing...so I'll just make khyali pulaos on the side.
