If i am not wrong , these were ex PAF mirage 5, which were transferred free to PN, then PN only pay for its updation.

No these were bought in late 70s from PN's budget (capex budget allocation for that year). They have always been part of PAF and still are. But their primary function is maritime strike.

I know about there role, these mirages are with belly bottom in sky blue color.

My mistake. Not 7 but 8 squadron "Haider". Mirage V-PA-III (M 5, P(akistan), A(gave) Tranche 3)

Only M5 with a chin bump.

We do not have resources for a dedicated Naval Air Arm (Fighter wing).

Buying aircraft one time is one thing. Building a whole infrastructure to train, manage and maintain is another.

There is already under PAF which is only for the navy. That's what in talking about. The resources are already allocated for them.

for time being we could use PAF infrastructure for training and maintenance, same as PN use PA infrastructure for training of the personals of Special Services Group Navy only after completion of SSG training Navy give additional specialized training related to sea based operation
