Pakistan Gets F16 -Blk70/72

Pakistan always have interest/explore the Ozgur project that Turkey is currently working on for their own AF F-16s. The upgrade will include everything from ASEA Radar to BVR Capable and other high tech that will have the same equal to that of a Block70/72 Viper F-16. just an idea

India's decision on the Rafale tends to be quite overhyped if you ask me, considering the planes are very expensive, and can't operate near the Sino-Indian border.
India was originally to buy 126 Rafales from MMRCA 1 however when Dassault wouldn't lower the cost (which at the time was (~11-12 billion altogether) Modi threw a fit and started eyeing Su-35s (which made me snicker because supposedly "Super Sukhoi" upgrade was to be equal or more advanced then Su-35 ) anyways, since the Astra BVR is under development/fixation, India began eyeing the MBDA Meteor which the U.K. quickly put a block on it, so now a so called "reversed engineered" development of the missile is currently under development between India/UK.

India was also to work with Dassault to built the plane and spare parts under a full licensed agreement in which HAL was responsible, however Dassault skirmished away from the deal as they don't want the Rafale to lose it's reputation for being a high end fighter, however according to several reports a private company will manufacture some spare parts under an agreement reached by Dassault.

back in the 1980s/90s, France was eyeing a deal to get 150 Mirage 2000s to be built under license by HAL however the deal fell through and never went anywhere (obviously) so this whole Rafale controversy is just another attempt for Modi/HAL to get cozy with Dassault to manufacture a high end jet using low quality alloys them bragging about Rafale, is like them bragging about "Super Sukhoi" on a piece paper sure it's scary but in reality nothing may really come to worry about

As for ur first paragraph regarding the Turkish option...
...Pakistan can't pursue it without US approval...and that approval will never come bcuz US wouldn't want to lose that sale.

So either US approves the upgrade for Pak but not the Turkish option...rather an equivalent US option.
Or if US wants to deny some tech to Pak...then they will deny the Turkish upgrade and their own equivalent.

It could very well be the case that PAF might get F16 Block 70/72 without 120D initially...
...and the missile might come later(like maybe at the tail end of the delivery of the last of those F16s)...
...just a guess.

If US approves the sale of 120D to Pak...it's more likely that it will come directly from US.

Helicopters are always shipped in cargo a/c's. Dont need any pilots for that, but Enggr & Ground crew. So these many pilots means.......

EDA is the abbreviation for "Excess Defense Articles"...
...this basically means all the extra equipment that is being stored around the US. When a country buys EDA anything...they(US) get it from the bone yard...inspect it, upgrade it as necessary, test it, etc.

True main thing is capability and asset in inventory , that will enough to give tension to our ememy. Once they know our new F16Vs are loaded with Aim120D
