Yes I know F 16 BLOCK 72 are being negotiated but I don't think it would be as surpurise delivery as of J 16 and J 10. What I think deal of F 16 when reached will be openly signed and announced just like India had announced of Rafale and after year of that deal we would start getting first batches of our F 16. I seriously doubt that one day we would wake up to get the news that first 8 F 16 landed at some Pakistani base without a deal being known to people.

All of their deals need Congress and Senate approval I seriously doubt that won't make news until and unless they have some law which doesn't require their approval just directly President can do which I don't know about than that is another issue altogether.
