All newly made F16s are going to be Block 70(GE engine...which is now standardized). Upgrading existing ones(whether those of other countries...or EDA)...could be either Block 70 or Block 72...depending on what engine they already have(GE or PW). No point in replacing a perfectly fine working engine with a new one. Other than that all other avionics, radar, etc. are the same between Block 70 and 72.

F16 EDA's - Blk72, about 15
F16 Blk70's 2 Sqdns, about 40.
Then they might also upgrade existing Vipers in service.

Sir with all due respect, there is no news of C130s let alone F16s purchase, half of the defence enthusiasts, insiders believe you and others are denying your news completely.
Shouldn't we be a bit cautious about our predictions?
USA not even allowing us to purchase Turkish helis due to their engines how can they sell us fighters?
US usually announce their sales beforehand we can be secretive about purchases but why would US be so secretive?

USA is not letting Turkey sell T 129 because of their own engine issues with Russia and C 130 are arriving and as for J 15 and J 10 claim next few days will clear things up. And 4 Zulu helicopters are already here
