After 8 Subs from China 3 Augusta 90 will get upgraded will also get upgraded but Pakistan may not retire be retired 2 Augusta 70 it has they may get further upgraded. Also I expect Pakistan to go for few more AIP Submarines most likely from Europe.

We ordered the Submarines in 2015. If we had ordered Type 39 there is no way in hell that it would have taken so long. Even if we had asked for major changes to match our needs still there is no chance of Submarines taking this long. The Submarines which we have ordered are some new Type. Thailand ordered 3 Type 39 two years after us and they are about to get theirs.

Just my opinion.

PLN usually used number 3x for SSKs and 9X for SSN/SSBN, thus when you wrote 39A++ I had to ask if that is the new class for SSNs.
