It's Turkish FNSS version of US AIFV wich is based on M113. The Turkish Army is using 4 main models of it. AIFV variant armed with 25mm Bushmaster cannon + 7.62mm MG3 turret, AAPC variant armed with 12.7mm M2HB Brownig MG station, AMV variant armed with 107mm mortar and ATV variant armed with TUA system...

Our Navy have:

-8 Gabya Class AAW Frigates (Ex US OHP class modernized with smart-s radars, new sonar domme, Genesis combat management system and Mk 41 VLS with ESSM missiles)
-8 MEKO 200 frigates built in Tırkey
-6 Burak class ASW Corvettes (Ex French avisos)
-2 Ada class ASW corvettes (+6 to be planned)
-27 units of different class Fast Attack crafs
-16 units of Tuzla class patrol boats
-13 units of Type 209 submarines built in Tuırkey

With these platforms, Turkish Navy is the 3rd biggest Navy of the Mediterranean Sea by tonnage. Also have the NATO's biggest conventional attack submarine fleet


About the destroyer no ve have not yet. The ex-spruance class Destroyers have offered us but we rejected them. We are going to built our own 6.000+ tonnes AAW frigate TF2000 class in Turkey in 2 or 3 years. And also TF100 clas multi purpose firgate over the Ada class corvettes are going to built.

And lastly the about the helicopter carrier, we made a deal with Spanish navantia to built of the one Juan Carlos class LHD/LPD in Turkey. And alos we are going to buy 4 LCACs and 27 AAVs for her.

+Bonus we are building 6 Type 214 TN submarines to replace the old 4 Type 209 1200 class submarines. They are goin to built by Turkish made electronics and maritime systems...
