No, he was commenting on USMC decommissioning zulus. So we may have new + surplus available.

Don't know but what I wrote above is said by authentic guy was person who confirmed about TPS77 MRR now confirming about delivery along C130J

How to identify and differentiate J ?

They are always “unusual” but they are mostly during 3-4pm or midnight

How to identify and differentiate J ?

Tell tale sign is the 6 blade curved Dowty propeller versus 4 blade on E/H models. But that is hard to see in flight.
