Probably it'll give cover to jh7s on their way to bomb the hell outta Indian assets towards the western n southern coast as well as to deny them any plausible ability to stage a blockade ala 71.It's getting intresting, does it mean J-15 will be used as air superiority role and EW role?
That would be quite non sense use of assets, although that can be done as wellProbably it'll give cover to jh7s on their way to bomb the hell outta Indian assets towards the western n southern coast as well as to deny them any plausible ability to stage a blockade ala 71.
I believe the ew suite on j 15s will b Superior to jh7s hence they'll b needed to block eyes of the enemy en route to the mission. Furthermore, since NAVAL airarm is expected to have built up numbers in excess of 150 fighters then this scenario makes all themore sense to distribute the j15 assets logically for both theaters of operation i.e. defensive as well as offensive (wingmen to jh7s)That would be quite non sense use of assets, although that can be done as well
IA on Eid day, my eidi to you guys.
IMO...in due time...when all these acquisitions are complete(including F16 Block 70/72).In simple words, IAF and IN with all their numerical superiority, Are going narrow

الحمدلله رب العالمينIMO...in due time...when all these acquisitions are complete(including F16 Block 70/72).
IF a war is to break out...PAF can easily come out on top vs IAF(including the numerical advantage and the capabilities they will have in that same time when Pak has finished with all these). This has probably been the closest Pak has come to closing the gap that always existed between IAF and PAF. Since independence they have enjoyed far more resources and a huge numerical advantage...with tireless efforts and utmost professionalism PAF for the most part denied them the advantage even if in a limited capacity at times. In the next 4-5 years...I dare say that numerical advantage of IAF would be more or less meaningless. PAF will see first and shoot first...and it will be the next famous big tea party after the Boston tea party
That is what I think.I guess the retirement of Mirages is on the Horizon now!
In my humble opinion ...Can’t figure out TBH.
Hopefully the induction ceremony would clear things up.
What I for the time being believe, That all three types will be respectfully distributed among squadrons, Especially JH-7, JH-7 could be used for strike and EW, Mirages would lose their importance to much extent.
If mirages get a BVR upgrade, PAF can convert them to BVR fighters instead of just Bombers, So in easy words, Too complicated to understand
I think Mirages still have their place. I see F7s time coming soon. We still need numbers even after all these new additions...and Mirages will still be good in their role. That is what I think.
Furthermore, Now HORUS Mirages in the scene, I am trying to fit them somewhere, Maybe the fact that Mirage HORUS are better than any Of our current Mirages, Plus they can he used as BVR Fighters, We can squeeze our Mirage fleet to just highly capable Multi Role mirages
