ok there are few things that are getting me frustrated by our army. of course who knows whats really happening i might be wrong. but 2 things should be done ASAP.

1. air drop special forces unites with all their gears to each tribe or ppl committees that are fighting in different areas.
that way they will have better comunication and planing more organized and help coordinate target locations to jets faster.

2. get damn apache helicopters in cities across the cost like aden. i dont give a shit if they put them on top of cargo ships!!

D:-D You are crazy mate.

The Houthis are being slaughtered right and left, weapons are airdropped every now and lands are falling into the hands of the resistance. You can't achieve things over night.

If you provide heavy weaponry its going to backfire at you in the future. You have to play it clean and balanced.

i didnt mention giving heavy weaponry to anyone.
the goals of the points i mentioned is to either end the war faster or to have safe and clear zones and cities.
yes houthi and saleh are losing but that dosnt mean the situation on the ground is better.
hadi and the government must go back to yemen. and the only way i can see this happening if the army do the 2 things i mentioned.
i really dont see anything hard in that plan. the apache can finish the job of the airstrikes.

Can you draw a map and point out the exact goal you want to achieve? The situation is not that simple. Houthis still have anti aircraft platforms and the rats are hiding in a dense residential areas. The apache can't do a lot in urban warfare. I think AH-6i would better but as I said you need to neutralize the anti aircrafts/manpads missile. I think the best option is to create a buffer zone inside Yemen in three different locations, set training camps to train and arm anti-Houthi forces, provide infantry fighting vehicles. The Houthis still have tanks in large number that need to be eliminated.

well when you have special forces in small groups on foot with the tribes and committees in the front lines.. then its easy to take them out with the apache.
im sorry but i dont think you understand the role of the apache and how it works. its build for this. and as i meantioned it can handle a 23mm gun. while the AH-6I can get killed with a machine gun or a 50 cal. plus we dont have them now in operations.
the apache dosnt fly 10 m over the ground. they are KMs away sometimes ppl on the ground cant hear or see it.
when a SF unit is in the front line all he has to do is ask the apache pilot for back up and send hellfire missile from KMs away. they wont know what hit them.

I got your point sir but you cant deploy special force units in the mid of nowhere. You will have to create a buffer zone first so that special forces execute their operations and go bake to their camps. What you can do is provide communication devices and coordinate with anti-houthis fighters on ground operations other than that you will have to create a buffer zone as I just said, use UH-60 escorted by Apaches to transport troops. Operations have to be kicked off from city sides in a circle direction in order to create non fight zone radially all the way to the center.

if you send 10 or 20 SF unit to stay with each tribe or committee is not a big deal. im not talking about 1000s
maybe 100 or 200 devided into 10 to 20 person per unit spread all around yemen. just to coordinate plan and lead the fight on the ground. they have their communication devices and the air force can drop them any kind of weaponry they need.
thats what they were trained to do. work in small units behind enemy lines. in this case they dont have to be behind enemy lines but on the front lines with the tribes leading planing and coordinating all sort of stuff including air strikes.
anyways there is news that there was heavy airstrikes during the night. i hope they suffered heavy loses tonight
