Unless King Salman pays for it, no chance. BUT IF PAF buys F15EX it will be because KSA + UAE are buying too. On this one, PAF will play it safe, and will never buy alone.

Exactly, think of it as Islamic NATO, something that was discussed in great depth years back at now defunct pakdef.info. I am not advocating any jet except F-16 Block xyz, however imagine F-15 xyz in PAF color, common with KSA, UAE, QATAR, then next you know Kuwait, Bahrain and or perhaps Iraq jumping on this common bandwagon . Ease of maintenance, in region overhaul facility, maintenance depot etc.

Yes, Windy has written about POTUS and Boeing nexus, PA should go for AH-64, 15 odd, however with additional order of another 15 AH-1Z, this will give PA 45 Attack Helos, not a bad CAS package.

However, I don't see room for two heavies in PAF colors, unless J-15Ps go to PN and make room in PAF inventory.

i dont think i saw any green lights, that was the different part, normally jets fly and you see combination of white, green and red but this time i saw blue and white predominately which immediately caught my attention

My assessment says when USA INSHALLAH sees Pakistan using J 16 and J 10 they would not only offer F 16 BLOCK 72 in good numbers but they will also put pressure on us to buy F 15 EX as well. What do you think ???

Soo.....on one hand you dont believe in Pakistan getting J-10p and J-15s and on the other hand you are basing your assumptions off of the idea of Pakistan having these jets? Do you see what's wrong here?

Pakistan's most advanced aircraft won't be made in USA anymore. They have proven themselves unreliable, unpredictable and moody - exactly what Pakistan doesn't want from a top-tech supplier - and especially when Pakistan will use its armaments against India who USA wants to save from Pakistan and consume against China.

USA may wish to sell something better than F-16 (which I doubt) but if their strategic compulsions make them dream to sell F-15s, Pakistan still won't go for them. It doesn't have to. Everything that Pakistan needs is now available from a reliable partner.

True, but they also lose any form of influence on Pakistan they had gained. Which would be disastrous for them. So if they don't offer something our worthwhile, it's bye felicia from Pakistan's point of view.

We are going nuts over last years contacts being delivered now and you are talking about decade plus procurement funds, wow it’s gonna be hard to swallow , in Shaa Allah everything will according to the plan I hope & wish.

If Pak must buy from Boeing, why not get them to develop an "American JF-17" to sell - conventional layout, LERX, F-404-series engines, AESA radar. I'm sure if they put their mind to it they can design, build and deliver in 6 months. We can call if F-36.
