It doesn't fit in Pak battle plane shore base aviation is best having carrier based means we can use them in exercise thats all.

From what little I know AC need their own frigates/destroyers, submarines and supply/fuel ships. If I can add correctly a single AC will consume pretty much our entire Navy!
Not to mention such big armada is easy to detect and will be the prime target of naval aviation. I keep reading how Indians keep moving their AC around just to be out of reach of Pakistanis. Can we really invest our limited resources on such elephant ?

On the other hand an aircraft like J15 with its long range will be enough to give nightmares to Indian navy.
just imagine not knowing which direction and from from How far out Pakistanis can launch an attack . It will be a true nightmare for the Indians :

My only intention is for people to stop asking me to spoon feed them, and start using their brains. Ultimately I will reveal, what I know. Which could be true today, but maybe not tomorrow.
