Germany and the Netherlands will do a Joint Missile Test using the MIM-104 "Patriot' in the Baltics. Germany is to send 300 soldiers and the Netherlands to send 100 Soldiers in which the exercise is to begin in October. After the Tests German and Dutch officials will create a Joint Air Defense Task Force

Germany is going to send 7 Eurotigers to Mali along with 250 members to maintain them. 4 of the 7 will be used for recon missions and other missions while 3 will be sent down to be used as reserves.

What is the objective?

it's part of the plan to help France fight Terrorism. aside from this 250 maintence crew we have 300 soldiers for training along with a new sending force of 650 more soldiers to train along with some armored vehicles. along with this 2 C-160s are used and a A310 MRTT is used to help refuel French aircraft.

the future MKS-180 class is a plan class to enter service in the 2020s. MKS-180 will have the objects of hunting enemy U-Boats,anti-piracy missions and using air defence systems to protect other ships. the MKS-180 been postponed until 2017 so Germany ordered a 2nd batch of 5 Braunschweig vessels and the new Braunschweig vessels will have some modifications. The MKS-180 weaponry will be similar to the Braunschweig class weaponry
