That looks amazing!! I always wanted a smoker but the issues is that we dont get meat that big in halal stores. All we get are steaks and goat legs. Nothing bigger which is so dumb.

So we have a restaurant supply store that gets halal meat in big packs. You have to buy 40 lbs of chicken and 15 lbs chunks of beef, whole goat. We do meat shopping once 2-3 months.

Oh I see. There is only one store that does bulk meat supply and its coincidently a Pakistani store so I do most my shopping there. They get their meat whole but then they pre cut it all in store. I could try and see if they would enterain my demands for bigger cuts.
