I was watching Hasb-e-Haal a few days back...and it reminded of the bit that Azizi did way back when PPPP was in power and Pakistan was a mess with power shortages, oil/gas shortages, rental power plants, etc.

I didnt when include all of central asia and Oman. I'm being very conservative with that map
