On disclosure of secrets and assets, I visited Indian defence forum the other day and
one thing they kept saying was that Pakistan has exposed its assets unwisely to win a skirmish against India. Some "specialist" was saying that he cannot put his head-around why PAF giveaway its strategy that it built over 25 years just to shoot a Mig21.
After Feb 2019, India did realise how far off they are and what a gap they face against PAF.
Now I just wonder if India has learned more than they should have about their weaknesses...
That part makes sense, we did too much for a skirmish and then way too much of chest thumping again for winning a skirmish and downing a
Mig21 and comparatively not enough attention was given to annexation attempt of Kashmir over the past year. (Wont say further as it deviates from the topic).
And probably we were forced to do so because of inaction on 26th. When Indian jets came who countered them and how could they come in so deep without being challenged?(
not my questions) These were the questions circulating whole day on media, socialmedia, defence forums and then came the announcement of giving a surprise which changed the mood. And then we gave a good glance of our operational capabilities.
Hint: Just see who's narrative is winning? What PAF/Pakistan State did on 26th & 27th has turned the tables that took India decades to set.
Honestly, did that really happen? Ofcourse the shattered confidence of our adversary is evident but as a narrative when looking at international media/opinions it looks like Pakistani F-16 downed an Indian Mig21and that's it.
I'm of those poeple who think we left too much on the table in the name of avoiding escelation when we had stepped it up ourself!
