The next overhaul/upgrade of the facilities should be for Block 3 serial production but by the looks of things it seems there is some time before it happens.Production facilities are scalable, there wont be any delays in deliveries to PAF, on the contrary they will speed up.
Battle/Real world testing ?.The only thing bugging me is that the tweet mentions that the initially 3 aircrafts to be delivered in November are for testing/evaluation and in the same sentence it days that it will be inducted and rigged for combat. They must have evaluated these before ordering.
