Production facilities are scalable, there wont be any delays in deliveries to PAF, on the contrary they will speed up.

The only thing bugging me is that the tweet mentions that the initially 3 aircrafts to be delivered in November are for testing/evaluation and in the same sentence it days that it will be inducted and rigged for combat. They must have evaluated these before ordering.

The next overhaul/upgrade of the facilities should be for Block 3 serial production but by the looks of things it seems there is some time before it happens.

It always is, it is one of the resources & it is never unlimited even for economies likes of USA & China.

Under the replies of the tweet , people are saying that this news is from 2013/2014 ,But there was also news this year of China ramping up production of JF-17 even though Block 3 is in testing phase and PAF has stopped taking deliveries of more Block 2s , So it could be true ,Maybe they were accumulating funds for past some years or maybe its just a rumour
