Israeli PM is talking about previous incident on Syria - Israel border. Still though, they would do something like this if they feel the raw material or weapons will make Hezbollah be able to inflict too much damage in future war. Guided SRBM missiles will be harder for them to counter.

Estimates of hundreds killed by the way, it's a catostrophe for Lebanon. Hezbollah hasn't officially commented yet.
