As for the last reposnse. It is NOT an "Indeginious" fighter or "all home-grown technology AC" as advertised if you're taking assistance from other countries for technology development or design assistance. And if the AC "MAY" look similiar to J31 in design and technology, then frankly it is an OEM AC not Indigenious. A more humble word would be "Joint Venture" AC. Agar ap awam ko ye bhi bta den ge k hum Cheen ya Turkey ki sharakat se Jahaz bana rahe hein to awam ne apko chittar ni marne support hi karna hai.

Never doubted PAC talent or their potential but ground realities ramain. No matter how talented or hard working or smart engineers we may be we DO NOT have the ECO SYSTEM, and NEITHER can we build one in 15-20 years. We still pick avionics ammo sol off the shelf for our fourth gen JF-17 but we will have "all home-grown" technologies for the 5th Gen? This is not an offense to the PAC or it's engineers but we do not even have the required sophisticated level of wind tunnel to validate the design for scale models.

Nevertheless, ignoring every obstacle and implying for a moment that everything will "home-grown" and it will purely be an "indigenious ac", the first prototype will be ready by 2035 for testing according to the project timeline. Correct me if Im wrong on the timeline please. How many Pakistanis do actually know that the British Tempest (6th Gen AC) will be ready for testing by the same year? We'll still be a generation behind. So what's the point?
