i can't comment, what's their mandate and budget and resources, but NDMA was made by Pervez Musharraf, no politician would be happy to empower it.
We see NDMA only at the time of action, but what they plan and what reports they prepare is not visible to us.
Bottom line is NDMA as well reports to Imran Khan, where buck actually stops.
We have seen Imran Khan didn't wasted any time, for taking credit to end power load shedding. So similarly, he should come forward and take ownership of his own decisions.
How i see it, a deliberate yet constant attempts by ruling party to create crisis after crisis, followed by misleading the nation.
Story starts with their lies in election campaign and cancellation of various CPEC projects immediately upon assuming rule, which lead to collapse of existing financial model, destroying bureaucratic structure by quick and unreasonable transfers, sabotaging Pakistan's relations with Arab world by trying to construct a parallel OIC, lead by countries favorite of his wife and advisors /ministers, than comes COVID where delay in closing of Taftan border followed by ineffective lock down, amounts to treason and terrorism, than not giving heed to locust attack warnings is what we are discussing now... so the short opinion will always reflect his overall crimes.
To cover up their deliberate criminal role, they daily act as silly, so that all crimes may get camouflaged as incompetence.
