According to @Khafee we are getting these J15s for Maritime role and for the protection of Gawadar port. They will work along with JF17s. So imo the numbers shouldn't less than 30 or more than 50

China should stop reducing everything to CPEC. Pakistan should go for big numbers of J 15 way way more than 50

Guys I have a question, why we dont have any airforce base in gwadar since airforce is responsible for air defence whether its Southern Eastern or Northern borders and navy don't have any air arm.

They all are saying no J 11 or J 15 or J 16 is being sold to Pakistan. They are literally laughing at the claim being made here of J 15 being sold to Pakistan

Brother let me advise you to calm down. You of all people know how procurement works & especially military ones. Let people say & believe whatever they want.

What is the worst that can happen ?? No Blk 70/72 Vipers, No EDA Vipers, No Zulus & No J-15 Flying Sharks as well. So is Pakistan a walk in the park at the moment without these? Certainly the answer is no, rather a big NO.

Now Fast Forward the time to say 5 Years, where PAF with at least 240 BVR capable Fleet of F-16, JF-17 Blk 1,2 & 3 (with Erieyes & launching BVR strategy I would consider Blk 1 & 2 BVR capability near if not equivalent to Blk 3) will have to face IAF with Rafales, Su-30MKIs & S400.

Now will that be a problem ? Yes, definitely (but not to the degree of all is lost), BUT here is where the Fun begins,

1. Just remember last year our CAS if am not wrong said in an interview that "plans are there to counter/match Rafale & Meteor & if our doctrine demands a new platform to be inducted, we will try to acquire it" ​
2. Another PAF uniform in an interview said that PAF will always maintain " 1st look, 1st shoot capability over IAF no matter what " .​
3. There are only so many Rafales, S400 & Su-30s IAF can Purchase/Procure & in a WAR bring on western front, they also have to cover their border with China, add their losses in Air Engagements with PAF to the equation, how many you think State of India can procure new Rafales & Su-30s?​
4. Last but not least, if none of above procurement is made, least Pakistan can/will do as stated by @Mastankhan is to churn out JF-17 Blk 3 in large numbers, divert all procurement funds from above to PAC, add an additional Production line.​
5. Get a credit line from China & Procure J-10 C in much numbers in these 4,5 years.​
6. "The game of Attrition, Quantity in itself is a quality" (not meaning at all that Blk 3 or J-10 C will be just playing number game but for sure they will be pain in the a** for IAF in terms of EW & BVR Loads as well ).​
7. For PAA, alternative for Zulu is Turkish Helos Medium & Heavy both with Turkish engines (it will take additional time but will hopefully do the job) & improved Z10-ME from China (personally i would like PAA to go on this route any way with or without new Zulus).

Discussions & Opposing views are welcomed by all means; but

To all other worried souls out there, just sit back, relax, & have some faith that things are in motion. Connect all the dots, & even an immature civi like me can paint a vague picture of what is about to happen. Damn, none of us could even imagine any of @Khafee leaks to be discussed as probable solutions exactly a year ago in our wild dreams & would laugh on ourselves, rather today we are being impatient because their induction is not being announced officially.

Also my brothers, learning from past & being part of this system & personally experiencing it, I am satisfied that Pakistan is least of those countries who are vocal about their new procurement & inductions while trying her best to push things under the carpet for as long as they can or seem necessary. Maybe some of this has come from Project 706 days and is becoming a new normal & rest is because of our Geo Strategic-Eco-Political state we are in. To add there is a downside to it as hinted many times by @Mastankhan but I think pros out weigh the cons in our current situation,

Yeh TPS43 there was guy Leo he was Navy Pshamim he was PAF, Knuckles father is vet, Bilal father is vet other two Baba's are Usman Shabbir from Denmark and Haris Khan from Florida they were lethals too

Knuckles has suggested that F-16s are coming - He said Block 72, or something similar (EDA or otherwise). 2 squadrons. Matches what @Khafee has been saying. So instead of J-15s, they think only F-16s are coming.

F16 B70 will go to Bholari along with Mirages.
J15 will be stationed at Masroor. Along with an enlarged No2 Sqn.
