If you follow some other forums you will see that batch 3 of J15s is under development, even previous batches are being upgraded.
Even LKj 86 is saying that new batch is based on j11D ( growler J15) and J16( single seat J15).

Knuckles has suggested that F-16s are coming - He said Block 72, or something similar (EDA or otherwise). 2 squadrons. Matches what @Khafee has been saying. So instead of J-15s, they think only F-16s are coming.

That is the perfectly logical and sensible understanding of it. Sadly it misses some, while others are pretending for their own petty agendas.
