Regarding the "mystery part" , it begins when you jump in its design scope and implementation.
The use & implementation is open for all to discuss as for obvious reasons I cannot go into the project scope side, which is the reason it makes it kind of a mystery.

If they are Indian ships, or ships of convenient registry, which most are, like Sierra Leone, Panama, Cayman Islands, then happy hunting.

This strategy is obviously two ways, your enemy can also do the same, but you have the advantage of Gawadar. In case foreign ships do not wnat to come to Khi or Gawadar, you ship your goods to UAE or Oman, and then to Gawadar.

...according to those Kuwaiti examples u have provided. India could still get oil unhindered by having ships fly a different flag...they have enough clout to convince some country like UK, France, etc. to do that. Which means Pak will be unwilling to mess with a ship with said flag(bcuz that can be considered an act of war)...

Dammit and here I thought this strategy(if achievable) could be of significant importance. China already has a base in Djibouti...and Pak/China will be operating out of Gawadar...
...all that was needed is to convince Oman to let Pak or China or both to have a base on Socotra...
...and it would encircle the whole middle eastern waters where a majority of oil trade passes...allowing them to hold back oil supplies to a country with which war is going on.

Their deployment is public. Theway they are/will be used & how is not going to be public anytime soon.

You need a bigger platform then Wingloong to have a big enough Synthetic Aperture Radar Installed.
GlobalHawk is the best in class.

Then I feel Turkish Akinci is a good candidate but still under development.

Just to add one thing for my brothers, the one of concept of 6th generation aircraft. thay have dual mode to operate

Unmanned (using AI)

so all thing leading in future to unmanned large aircraft/UAV/ drones what ever you call them. Will eventually become universal aircraft that can all kind of operation with modular approach and option of unmanned and extensive use of Artificial Intelligence

No brother, I was talking about a procurement from China, not the local ones.

Although work on local MALE UAV is also being done but that it by PAC.

It is proving to be very challenging but team leader is very able , energetic & ambitious. Hopefully will see it as well but will take some time.

it is not the case of expensiveness but IMPOSSIBILITY .....

- Most people are not aware about the depths of Arabian Sea which goes upto +4000 meter near Pakistani Coast, it is the World Second largest Deep-sea Fan in the World

Even IF somehow we manage to create Floating Island for military purpose [I am NOT talking about Aircraft Carrier] then

- It will not give any advantage as Territorial Sea Boundaries are measured from the coast of mainland not from shore of Islands

- Any ship including Armed Naval Flotilla under UNCLOS could exercise Right of Innocent Passage or Transit Passage
