No brother, nothing to do with Azm,
As far as I know the team working on MALE UAV has it's own resources & team leader.
But it doesn't matter, it is all being done under PAC umbrella.
Although you were right in asking this question as Azm incorporates development of 5th Gen Air Warfare Tech including Aircraft , weapons , AESA, etc.
But IA we will see PAC MALE UAV much before Azm & who knows in future just as you said we have a Stealth MALE UAV or UCAV project as well.
But for a UCAV I believe heavy investment in AI has to be done now to get the fruit in years down the line.

Question. Cant pakistan claim all of that Indus Fan region as it own? Since its literally pakistani land that's the ocean floor.
nope not whole of it, but on the basis of UNCLOS we claimed and successfully get 150 NM extension of our EEZ

When I was in Pakistan I was told the local maulvi sahab decided to extend prayer capacity during ramzan and set up tent on the park land next to his masjid.
when the tents came down after ramzan .... there was a brick wall..... mosque had expanded on the public land and no one could dare to even suggest about demolishing the mosque.... we need this maulvi to suggest way of grabbing Balochistan from Iranians ..

Dear after carefuuly studying the area you identified, what you have stated is possible, but the issue is not only financial. IT would also be a sitting duck for ballistic missiles.
The enemy would think twice using it on an the main land, because it could be misinterpreted as a nuclear attack, but using it on an island in the mddle of the sea, would be much easier.

That has always been the 3rd rail in Pakistan.
It was a known trick by land grabbers to pay someone to put a loudspeaker on a bamboo and make a boundary with some bricks. Lo and behold a mosque. Now which red blooded musalman will go demolish a masjid!!!
*** 3rd rail in the US is the one that has electrical current for subway train and is live. You touch it and you are gone. So it is a euphemism for a sure suicide option
