It has its obvious flaws, investing money and infrastructure in Flanker series, i dont know.
J-15 could be flown by PN Pilots but it will be maintained by PAF Squadrons. The current combat aircrafts supporting PN fall under PAF inventory. Commonality of aircrafts used by forces is another factor.

The flaws we exploited were mostly tactical in nature - timing against AWACS downtime, SoW ranges and a well-coordinated package. The ones we did abuse with regards to the aircraft were its PESA radar and flawed datalink. Neither of which would be an issue with our J-15s.

Sir in my humble opinion capital must be near Dera Ghazi khan which share the boundaries with all four provinces. And near D.G Khan there is hill station which has a very good environment even in hot summer. It also far from indian border, afghan, china and iran border. And logistics and approach from all provinces mist be equal. And the plus point if capital was shifted there it make speedy development of south punjab, Baluchistan and upper sindh. Because the federal govt was very near to them so the can keep an eye on the slow developers. And military high command can also be bit safe there than the Islamabad. Even we also have put all our main military installations within 150 square kilometres. From Kamra, HIT, POF, Kahuta, GHQ ,AHQ,NHQ presidential palace. Assembly. Senate, PMA , Air Academy. Still we are saturating this area with more installation aviation city city and many more.we have to use the area of lower punjab, central Baluchistan which is more secure. And spread the all military installations in different divisions of country to prevent the damage in future wars

Top PAF pilots in a no compromise super jet - I think this will be something amazing. Stealth is partially negated by modern technology - you can't be invisible to modern specialized radars.

I cannot imagine anything beating this other than the F-22.
