does Algeria buy a lot local production agreements or Transfer of Technology or what? I mean I rarely see any of their deals include Algeria building them under license.

yes of course there is deals that get transfer of technology, maybe not as often as should be, but there is deals. for example Germany be relatively helpful in this area. Rheinmetall is allowing us to manufacture 1,200 TPz Fuchs 2 armored vehicles, 2,000 Mercedes G-Class "Wolf" and 2,000 Mercedes Zetros troop trucks for the army
the UAE is allowing us to manufacture the Nimr and Yabhon UAV under license etc.

Algeria is in negotiations with Russia for a purchasing of 5 batteries of the S-300VM, also known as the Antey-2500. in a battery there is 6 launchers, 6 ammunition carriers, and a radar system.

maybe not due to Turkey's close and growing defence cooperation that it has with Morocco. however just a couple years ago, I recall Turkey was pitching the Milgem corvette, UMTAS missile, Anka UAV, etc.

how many of these do you guys have?
I have another question, wasn't China/Pakistan pitching the F-22P before, I could of sworn I seen on pk defence, that China once was offering the F-22P to Algeria.
