Are crabs halal? I hate how contradicting people can be so I deduced myself that all seafood is halal but I'm iffy on crabs.

I know frogs and stuff like those are harm. Iffy on crabs cause they can leave the water.

Crabs/lobster/shell fish are considered "makrooh" because the are scavengers. I think only Shia's consider them haram. They also don't eat catfish (or any fish that doesn't have scales on them)

Don't know, Just say Bismillah and eat Lobster, crab, prawns. Shrimp can be, since they are too minuscule

I personally don’t like sea food so never had to deal with this issue.

So a patient of mine just informed me that there is a new desi restaurant opened and they have great food....

I am like cancel my last patient, call up my friends and emergency meeting at this new restaurant.
