True- There is no system's in place for basic public services. No urban planning has been done, everything is pretty much as is as it was since the 60's.
Urban planning has been done, but not implemented, due to encroachments, and china cutting.

Bhai Sahab, in Arabic there is "aap". One does not simply address someone as "YOU" i.e. antaa / antee in Arabic. The person would be considered an illiterate idiot.
آپ and أنتی , أنت are separate categories of 2.nd person pronouns, they are not same.
انت انتی even not exist in Urdu and other Pakistani languages.
Every language has limitations.

أنتی , أنت are adjectives NOT 2nd person pronouns! How can you addressong someone be 2nd person, forget pronoun!

The Urdu equivalent of أنتی , أنت would be "Tom"

So what is the “Aap” in Arabic ?
if someone is above ur age u either call him عمي if it’s professional place u call him يا سيدي (sir)
or if he is really old age u call him walid its really important to respect in arabic culture
a word with nice attitude can change other person’s perspective towards u completely

Every language has different grammatical terminology.
In English they are personal pronouns. In Arabic they are الضمائر الشخصية , in Urdu they are simply ضمائر.
And we are talking here in English, so I have to write them "personal pronouns".
