If you mean towed howitzers then the answer is yes. Pindad Indonesia already build that. But still at prototype stage. As for tracked, 6x6, 8x8 SPH? Nope. not locally produced yet.

Pindad products still focused on it's armored vehicles, firearms and munitions.

ASELSAN presented its recent certified automatic 120 mm mortar system ALKAR . ALKAR works in interaction with ADOP-2000 FCS and is able to engage targets in 360 degree area. Its autoloader can manage to fire 8-10 projectiles per minute. Effective range is 8 km with standart ammo.It can be used as stationary weapon or integrated in a vehicle.
