When ever he visits other cities , he usually does alot of meetings so if he is not visiting Karachi for few hours(for ceremony), then he will probably have all the meetings booked for the day he visits Karachi, from sunrise till dawn , same with Peshawar , So visiting 3 different cities in 3 days with schedule fully booked ,its not easy
