No Sir, certainly not the case.Or maybe it is hard to venture into twin engine air craft after decades of flying single engines

I meant the will versus realityNo Sir, certainly not the case.
I think we have already use the twin engine jets in past like F-6 , A,-5 ( Nanchang)Or maybe it is hard to venture into twin engine air craft after decades of flying single engines
Some update, J-35 is a serious contender, and not related to AZM. Although if it is selected, it wont land until 2023~2024 at least.Sir is PAF/PN seriously considering J-35 or evaluating and gaining data for project Azam, like they did in 2000-2010s era for JF-17?
Sir G for PAF or PNAF?Some update, J-35 is a serious contender, and not related to AZM. Although if it is selected, it wont land until 2023~2024 at least.
Not decided as of now.Sir G for PAF or PNAF?
Both are on track, and going through their phases.@Khafee any progress on J-15 new engines and EW package integration?
Both were phased out mid 90s. Your current crop of engineers and pilots have no experience managing or flying twin heavies (unless a few on deputations to foreign AFs)I think we have already use the twin engine jets in past like F-6 , A,-5 ( Nanchang)
Hopefully our engineers are involved in the process. Both are on track, and going through their phases.
You mean to say, once a skill set is attained, it dies out with the platform? Both were phased out mid 90s. Your current crop of engineers and pilots have no experience managing or flying twin heavies (unless a few on deputations to foreign AFs)
Thats why it is happening in Pakistan and not in China.Hopefully our engineers are involved in the process.
You mean to say, once a skill set is attained, it dies out with the platform?
Meaning once people transition out, that skill set is gone? Not with the platform but with the people when they transition out. The last batch that worked on the finicky WP6 have either retired or close to it.
Plus the heavies are a different ball game. Not saying we can't, PAF has been reviewing SU27 types since 1997.
I would not say gone altogether, but experiences count and are handed down. If there is no continuation?Meaning once people transition out, that skill set is gone?
