Tranche -1 blk-5 Typhoon does not support AESA radar nor support Meteor BVR missile and come with basic air to ground attack capabilities, any Typhoon below Tranche -2 blk-10 or even blk-15 would not be an effective addition to PAF in term of capabilities, now at this stage add the capabilities which IAF will acquire and field in shape of Rafale and upgrade fleet of Su-30MKI more or less on similar lines to Su-35.

So even if we purchase these secondhand Typhoon jet these would required upgrades at least similar to RAF Centurion project in addition to more advance and powerful AESA radar as compare to RBE-2 AESA radar of Rafale fighter jet

Also sir i would like to suggest to go for this new 18th gen Stealth Mirror Fighter QAHER F313 from the spiritual world. Jins use them as part of the army of country which acquires this.

Lockheed was the only one we have occasionally loaned to.

This particular bird and others had ANG regs when they were stationed there, to train our pilots and crews. Pls see @TomCat's links above.
