This is how Indians are unhappy about J-10 induction and how Pakistan's media highlights this:

Fact is Israel have no issues, but one country which is feeling worms crawling deep inside, is India.

InAF has been exposed badly in skies over Kashmir. Modi's statement that 'if we had Rafael....' was enough confirmation, backed up by Abhi-non-done's admission that he didn't see or heard any thing, until he was hit.
Similarly, Indian army has been exposed during Galwan debacle, in worst way. World saw Indian army soldiers quarreling like bad woman, while Chinese soldiers slapping and kicking them like bad husbands.
Indian navy was exposed twice, when Pakistan navy pushed their best submarines out of Pakistan waters, just like someone throw out unwanted flies from a sweet drink.
It's more than clear that, Indian armed forces are going to collapse like a castle of sand, in case of potential armed conflict with any of its neighbor. Whereas, Pakistan has potential to run them down any moment they feel like, but Indian Brahmins don't want to credit it all to Pakistan, hence the ''Chinese Signal'' is one of their usual excuses and definitely not the last.

BTW, if Pakistan is waiting for Chinese signal and Indian intellects know, than shouldn't they check mate Pakistan with their Rafael-s, asap? On the contrary India has started cricket diplomacy with Pakistan, where they help Pakistan win world records.

I think in those days, PAF thought they were going to continuously receive the F-16s so they just focused on the light-weight replacements with the JF-17 Thunder program.

As far public knowledge goes, jF-17 program was compassed (in late 90's) due to the belief that their will be no more F-16, but you have all the right to your opinion.

Sir are these J-10CP powered by WS-10B or C ?

I remember @Khafee mentioning some where that, JH7 having Chinese engines and not performing to the satisfaction of PAF. If JH-7 are performing poor because of engines, than its safe to say J10C are powered with AL31.

As a result, they neither got their hands on the J-10 program or received additional F-16s as predicted.

Looks like we will get F-16s now, precisely because we can do without them.
